HOW TO FIND US

Coming from Welshpool on the A458 its about 15-20 mins and Dolanog is signposted when you come to a sharp left bend in the road, follow the signs from there up the country lanes, The Bed and Breakfast is just past the Church in the village.

ACCESS STATEMENT

*My aim is to make my guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay.

*We are a fully licensed bed & breafast.

*Dolanog is in a Semi-Rural area and stands in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

*There is no public transport except a post bus which goes a round trip to the local villages picking up passengers to go to the town of Welshpool which is 12 miles away.

*The nearest train station is in Welshpool. We can arrange pickup on request, please ask for details.

*There is very little mobile phone signal in the area but the telephone/landline is available on request. Please ask for details.

*There is a shop mobility in the town of Welshpool.

*There is ample off-road car parking on the front drive which is adequately lit at night.

*Entrance is through the front door into a hall with chairs and a unisex toilet.

*All floor areas in the house are wooden and apart from the staircase are even.

*On the ground floor there is a breakfast room which seats upto 6 people and overlooks the terrace and open views.

*There is a large lounge with seating for 12 people and is well furnished for your comfort.

*There is a staircase up to the first floor which has an open gallery and large picture windows looking out onto that stunning view. There is seating for 4 people and you can listen to music, read the paper, a book or even play darts/dominoes/cards.

*On the first floor there is one Double bedroom with colour T.V. and tea making facilities and also has views of the open countryside.

*The family room consists of a Double bedroom with a colour T.V. and tea making facilities and enjoys the same views as the other room. It also has a Single bedroom and private bathroom.

*The hallway is big enough for wheelchair access and assistance is available upon request.

*Light switches and power points are at a sensible height.

*There is a large lawned garden area at the rear of the property where guests can sit and relax, read a book, watch the birdlife or simply take in the wonderful views of the countryside.

*The owner is available to assist whenever possible.
